Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Skynett ("Skynett", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Skynett-affiliated services, including but not limited to:

  • Skynett Cloud
  • Skynett Computing
  • Skynett Streaming
  • VPN Services
  • Web Hosting Services
  • And all other related or connected Skynett.io services

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms are effective as of March 24, 2025.

2. Definitions

  • "Skynett" refers to the service provider, including its infrastructure, software, content, and affiliated offerings available through Skynett.io or related domains.
  • "Services" means all services offered or operated by Skynett.
  • "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • "Account" refers to a user's access credentials or identity used within Skynett's systems.
  • "Terms" means this agreement and any referenced policies within.

3. Eligibility

To access and use Skynett Services:

  • You must be a friend, family member, or affiliate of an existing Skynett user.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise approved by the Skynett owner or an authorized administrator.
  • You must be streaming within the United States.
  • You must not be prohibited from using such services under any applicable law.

Skynett reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Skynett Services, you agree to the following responsibilities and conditions:

  • Account Sharing is Prohibited. Each user must maintain exclusive access to their account. Shared or unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension or termination.
  • Privacy Policy and Data Collection Agreement. By using Skynett Services, you agree to both the Privacy Policy and Data Collection Agreement.
  • Service Availability. Skynett is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uptime or reliability. Maintenance notices will be provided at least one hour in advance when possible. Outages may occur.
  • Donations. Skynett is free to use. Donations are voluntary and do not improve or prioritize the level of service.
  • Monitoring and Investigation. Skynett reserves the right to investigate user activity and devices in cases of suspected malicious behavior or account sharing.
  • Malicious or Illegal Activity. Any attempt to DDoS, hack, disrupt, or exploit Skynett services is strictly prohibited. These actions are illegal and grounds for termination. Exceptions apply only if formally contracted for authorized testing.
  • Termination of Access. Skynett may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of Skynett administrators.

5. Privacy

By using Skynett Services, you agree to the Skynett Privacy Policy and Data Collection Agreement. Found Here

Skynett collects data for operational and security purposes, including:

  • IP addresses
  • Access times
  • Usage logs
  • Device information
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) information
  • Approximate location data

All data is stored internally and not shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary for service integrity.

  • If a data deletion request is submitted, your account will be deleted.
  • If your account is terminated, your profile data will be deleted within 24 hours.

6. Payment and Donations

Skynett is a free service.

  • Donations are accepted to support infrastructure and development.
  • Donations do not result in upgraded service or preferred access.
  • Donation methods may change at any time without notice.

7. Termination

Skynett reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its Services at any time, for any reason, including:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Account sharing
  • Malicious or illegal activity
  • Abuse of resources
  • Suspicious behavior

Upon termination:

  • Access is immediately revoked
  • Profile data is deleted within 24 hours
  • Reinstatement is subject to administrator review

Users may also request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Skynett is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or error-free access. Outages and interruptions may occur.

Skynett shall not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Services
  • Unauthorized access or data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Any user actions or third-party issues

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skynett, its administrators, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Any illegal or malicious activity tied to your account
  • Violation of any third-party rights

This obligation survives termination of your account.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Skynett may update these Terms at any time.

  • The effective date will be updated
  • You may be notified via site announcements or internal notices
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
